Intro to Barn Hunt Workshop, May 3rd

Please note this workshop takes place at The Playground, approximately 5 minutes East of the City.

Have you heard of Barn Hunt, but are unsure if it’s right for you and your dog? Or maybe it’s all brand new?

Barn Hunt is a sport where dogs search through bales for rats (safely inside highly durable tubes). A different kind of nosework game, Barn Hunt lets dogs use their natural crittering abilities in a productive and tiring mental outlet!

Combining efforts with local Barn Hunt trainer 4limb gym, we’ve come together to give students the opportunity to see what the sport is all about and give it a try in this 2 hour intro workshop!

While learning all about the core training needs of the sport, you’ll be introduced to rats (who are kept very safe from the dogs (and you!)), bale structures and other components of this fun and fast-growing sport. Let experienced competitors get you started and see if Barn Hunt is the sport for you!
