This course takes your Leash Reactivity classroom skills outside into the real world. We will start with ensuring what we can accomplish in the classroom can be replicated out and about, layer on new skills such as: tandem walking, tandem hiking, switching sides of the body, polishing your crossing, ten little tricks that will make your walks easier, introducing recall into the equation and dealing with what the world throws at us.
The first two weeks of this course will take place hiking at my acreage where we can control the environment against other dogs (but not necessarily wildlife!). The next three weeks we will tackle three different parks in the city.
If you have this invitation and a desire to work hard this summer, you’re ready!
